We are looking for a Wet Textile Process Engineer to analyze innovations developed by startups in wet textile processes (washing or rinsing associated with dyeing, printing or finishing or waste water treatment), from a technical and analytical perspective, with a focus on the feasibility and scalability of each innovation.

 

What will be your mission?

Your mission will involve analyzing innovations developed by startups in wet textile processes, both from a technological and environmental standpoint. You will prepare reports on the feasibility of implementing these innovations in the industry and product reality, assessing their potential and potential obstacles.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing innovation projects in wet processes and industry trends from a technical perspective, evaluating their viability and scalability within the sector.
  • Leading contact and meetings with startups to discuss ongoing innovation projects.
  • Participating in the analysis, providing input, internal presentations, discussions, and project kick-offs related to innovation projects.
  • Coordinating the analysis of pre-pilot implementation phases with internal teams and external technical experts.
  • Leading a team of wet process specialists, including a junior profile and a specialist.

What do we need from you?

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the textile industry, with a focus on wet processes.
  • Experience in auditing chemical, energy, textile, industrial, or environmental processes.
  • A degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related fields within the industry.
  • Technical knowledge of textile and wet processes, as well as proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1) and the ability to maintain fluent conversations.
