Talent Acquisition Specialist
At beonit, we are looking for a Talent acquisition specialist to ensure that the company has a qualified and capable workforce by identifying, recruiting and hiring qualified candidates.
Day to day functions will be:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, including utilizing various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the role and the company culture. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on the recruitment process, and ensure alignment between candidate qualifications and job requirements.
What we need from you
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Excel proficient.
- Human Resources background.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, etc.).
- Knowledge of recruitment search platforms.
- Demonstrable level of English C1 in verbal communication.
