At beonit, we work with one of the largest companies focused on organizing and hosting the world’s biggest sporting events. We are part of the team responsible for the global streaming platform for these events.

We are looking for a QA Lead.

We are seeking a professional with a background in software quality assurance, preferably with experience in web and mobile applications within the software development domain.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining the UAT QA strategy, quality standards, and acceptance criteria for both internal and third-party technology deliveries.
• Coordinating production releases through close collaboration with external vendors and internal departments, using Agile frameworks and tools.
• Collaborating with other departments to oversee the QA service provider.
• Coordinating manual and automated UAT sanity and regression testing (Web and Mobile Apps).
• Managing test cases and bug tracking for both internal and third-party technical deliveries.
• Managing reports from manual and automation testers and communicating results to stakeholders within the Technical Department.
• Handling new requests from stakeholders in the Technical Department, and coordinating actions internally and with external vendors.
• Performing related tasks as needed.

What we need from you:

• Over 5 years of experience in the field, including at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
• Experience collaborating with international teams or working in English (C1 level).
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
